This was a nice apartment and our overall experience was positive. Obviously, an effort has been made to anticipate our needs and everyone on your staff has been friendly and helpful. The things which would draw me back include the design which allowed striking views from east, south, and west and outside deck. We appreciated the hardwood floors and use of lamps rather than overhead lighting. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and a window for natural lighting, ventilation, an striking view was appreciated. We liked the comfortable generously sized bed and the generous amount of closet space and dresser space for clothes. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and its first rate appliances.

I have a brand-new-beautiful apartment to rent here in Italy. It's located in Bologna, a wonderful city, at 45 minutes driving from Florence, 1hour and half from Venice, 2 hours from Milan and 4 hours form Rome. As you know, in Italy every distance is very smaller than in the USA, so every tourist attraction in the middle and north of Italy is easily reachable from here.

The apartment, located in the countryside, is the half of an old ancient barn, freshly renewed in an very pretty and elegant way.

It's already furnished and ready to host people, though works are still in progress and the furnishing will even improve constantly. I already have pictures of it and I'm sending you a few, so that you can see what I'm talking about.

The location is great, the place if peaceful and comfortable, with a big garden (with works in progress right now!), the landscape is very typical.

It would be ideal for us to host American people here for vacation or living here for a short period. We could also possibly offer a service of guide for the cities around, and othe different services.

I liked both places and I could imagine spending more time in either. the one on 44th is terrific for me locationwise. I seem to have more of a downtown sensibility and when I found out how easy it was to access the hudson river bike path and that I could rollerblade all the way to riverside park, I was sold on the thompson street apartment.

'Ax of Love' is due to get back on its feet in october, but I have a broadway producer nibbling at it now, too.

Sublet In The City is the answer to my prayers. For the price of what would be a small room in an inexpensive hotel, I stayed in a top-notch apartment in an excellent neighborhood. I had the ability to save money by using the kitchen or the convenience of great restaurants and great food for what I'd otherwise be spending for drab food from room service. David and his staff were attentive and set up the apartment so it worked perfectly for me. I'd recommend Sublet In The City to anyone spending more than a little time in New York.

My friends and us were very pleased with the accomodations. We found it in as-new condition, perfectly located and convenient to sites and transportation. We found the apartment to be very quiet and private, quite literally an oasis in a very busy city. The main difference between this apartment and a hotel was that, within one day, we felt as though it was our home in New York City. I would highly recommend this way of being in New York over a hotel because one gets a sense of actually living there rather than visiting.

Our daughter, Nicky, was offered a (paid!!!) internship starting in August at Dodger Theatrical Holdings, the people who put on UrineTown, 42nd, and Barbra's Wedding. (We really enjoyed UrineTown--bought the tickets before we even knew about the
internship or who was responsible for the show.)

Now she'll have to weigh it against other options and try to decide if a Florida girl could really survive a NYC winter.

We'll certainly check out your site should she decide to take the NYC offer. (I have to make sure she'll have a corner somewhere in her apt where she could put up her old parents if we come to visit!)

don't think we could have found a better value, and we are quite pleased. And...the bathrooms are WONDERFUL, as is the view. I've put my laptop on his computer workstation desk and can see the city as I work.

You have a great site and a great product... Great inventory for folks doing renovations for 3-6 months (which is most of The Bristol Plaza's business). You should also call into the Human Resource (especially Wall Street) and Relocation businesses -- all of which are looking ways to reduce costs -- as sublet [and your corporate rental] apartments are significantly cheaper than "corporate apartment"alternatives.

I just wanted to provide feedback on the apartment we used while we were in NYC. The service during key pick up at 254 Park Avenue South was very good. I was waited on in a timely manner and was able to pick up keys and leave within about 20 minutes.The apartment at 48th street was well within the description posted on the internet and was completely satisfactory. The location was excellent and the apartment was safe and clean. Overall we were well pleased.
